These powerful magnetic plates are especially designed to remove tramp iron particles from non-magnetic material.  Plastics, foods, cosmetics, grain and minerals are some of the many products that may be protected from contamination.  As the material flows over the stainless steel plate, iron contaminates are held fast to the surface.  The plate may be periodically wiped clean and then returned to its place to continue to collect contaminates.

     These magnetic plates feature a seamless stainless steel face plate and a continuous hinge along the full length of the magnet.  We offer three standard thickness for your applications or we can build an assembly to meet you specific specifications.

Continuous hinge facilitates mounting and cleaning.

Standard thickness are: 1 inch, 2 inches and 2.5 inches.

Welded corners provide a clean and strong assembly.
